Snowboard Group Lessons for Kids & Teens

Style, Fun, and Your First Tricks

Does your child or teenager want to learn to snowboard? With us, technique and fun are the focus from the very first minute—and before you know it, they'll be pulling off their first tricks!

Smooth turns, stylish runs, and crazy jumps

Our instructors focus on teaching children and teens the proper technique and instilling a love of snowboarding from the very first minute.

At the beginning, it’s important for beginners to get used to the snowboard. We pay attention to proper body position right from the start. After various introductory exercises for “one-foot riding” and “full-base riding,” students glide their first few meters on both the heel and toe edges. Building on this, students move on to “full-base to sliding,” “sliding while traversing,” and “sliding to full-base.”

Children and teenagers who can ski on blue runs learn their first tricks (waltz, wheelie) and soon also “switch” skiing. We also cover the basics for the snow park: speed check, fifty-fifty over a simple box, and jumps over small jumps. As the course progresses, we’ll improve riding technique (carving), practice slope tricks, and work on park elements.

Choose your group class

Our courses fit in with your holiday, not the other way round! For all group courses, you can simply choose between half-day and full-day options – whichever suits your travel plans best.

Which option you choose also depends on your learning goals: we recommend a half-day course for a concise introduction, or a full-day course for maximum progress.

Find Your Course Level

First-Timer

  • This is my first time on a snowboard.

  • Snowboarding isn't completely new to me—I've tried it before.

  • However, I still feel very unsure—I’m having a hard time making turns.

Next Level

  • I feel comfortable on blue runs; I can make turns to the left and to the right.

  • It would be great if I could make my turns a little smoother and soon be able to tackle red runs.

Advanced

  • Blue and red runs are no problem for me; now I’d like to tackle the black runs and/or get my first taste of deep snow.
  • I find it hard to make switch turns, and I haven’t mastered slope tricks yet, but I want to learn.
  • I’d like to get my first taste of the fun park.

Pro

  • I can ski all types of runs (blue, red, black); my turns are carved, and my short turns are rhythmic.

  • I also feel comfortable in deep snow.

  • Since I want to stay up to date and/or keep improving, I’d like to get new input from a highly qualified snow sports instructor.

For Relaxed Parents

We offer a pick-up and drop-off service as well as lunch supervision. These services can be booked as optional extras. This way, you can enjoy your time on the slopes whilst your child is in safe hands.
