Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find the operator’s contact information in the legal notice section of this website.

How do we collect your data?

Your data is collected, on the one hand, when you provide it to us. This may include, for example, data you enter into a contact form. How do we use your data?

Some of the data is collected to ensure the website functions properly. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.

You also have the right to request the correction, restriction, or deletion of this data. SSL or TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content—such as orders or inquiries you send to us as the site operator—this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of your browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser’s address bar.

When SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Encrypted Payment Transactions on This Website

If, after entering into a paid contract, you are required to provide us with your payment information (e.g., account number for direct debit authorization), this information is necessary for processing the payment. Payment transactions using standard payment methods (Visa/MasterCard, direct debit) are processed exclusively via an encrypted SSL or TLS connection. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s address bar changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser’s address bar.

With encrypted communication, the payment data you transmit to us cannot be intercepted by third parties.

Objection to Marketing Emails

We hereby object to the use of contact information published in compliance with the legal requirement to provide an “Imprint” for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and informational materials. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited transmission of promotional information, such as through spam emails.

Cookies

Some parts of this website use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies.” They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.

You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set and to allow cookies only on a case-by-case basis, to block the acceptance of cookies in specific cases or generally, and to enable the automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Cookies that are necessary for carrying out the electronic communication process or for providing specific functions you have requested (e.g., the shopping cart function) are stored pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies to ensure the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. To the extent that other cookies (e.g., cookies used to analyze your browsing behavior) are stored, these are addressed separately in this privacy policy.

Contact Form

If you submit inquiries to us via the contact form, we will store the information you provide in the form—including the contact details you enter there—for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not disclose this data without your consent. The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You may revoke this consent at any time. To do so, simply send us an informal email. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out up until the withdrawal of consent remains unaffected by the withdrawal. The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g., after your inquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions—in particular retention periods—remain unaffected.

The processing of the data entered during registration is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may revoke any consent you have given at any time. To do so, simply send us an informal email. GOOGLE AdWords and GOOGLE Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). As part of Google AdWords, we use what is known as conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is set. Cookies are small text files that the web browser stores on the user’s computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages on this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted into conversion tracking. Customers are informed of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can opt out of this use by easily disabling the Google conversion tracking cookie via your internet browser’s user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

“Conversion cookies” are stored in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising. For more information about Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking, please see Google’s Privacy Policy: www.google.de/policies/privacy/. You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set and to allow cookies only on a case-by-case basis, to block the acceptance of cookies in specific cases or generally, and to enable the automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Remarketing

Our website uses remarketing features provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This allows us to provide visitors to our website with targeted, personalized, and interest-based advertising. Ads are displayed based on a cookie-based analysis of previous usage and browsing behavior. No personal data is stored in this process. A cookie is stored for this purpose to collect anonymized data about users’ interests and thus tailor ads individually to this information. You can permanently opt out of the use of cookies for retargeting by disabling interest-based advertising by Google here: www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/

Facebook Pixel

With your consent, we use the “Visitor Action Pixel” from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) on our website. This allows us to track users’ actions after they have viewed or clicked on a Facebook ad. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us; that is, we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, and we are informing you of this to the best of our knowledge. Facebook may link this data to your Facebook account and also use it for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Use Policy: www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. You can allow Facebook and its partners to serve ads on and off Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes.

Facebook

Our website uses several plugins from Facebook, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You can recognize these plugins either by the blue “F” for Facebook or by the fact that the plugin is labeled with the word “Facebook.” When you visit our website, these plugins establish a connection to Facebook’s servers and transmit data. On the one hand, the information you see is transmitted directly from the servers to your browser and displayed there; on the other hand, information about your visit to our website is transmitted to Facebook.
If you are logged into Facebook, the transmitted information can be directly associated with your account. When you interact with the plugin’s features—for example, by clicking the “Like” button—this information is sent directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. Facebook is responsible for the further processing of this information; please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy for the relevant terms and settings. If you wish to prevent your personal data from being transmitted to Facebook, please log out of Facebook before visiting our website.

When you book with us, make a purchase, submit an inquiry, or request information or brochures, we process your personal data in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) and (f). You can also subscribe to our newsletters on our website. In the newsletters, we inform you about updates to our products and services, as well as news and interesting information—to the extent possible and known to us—tailored to your interests and vacation preferences. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect and store the data you enter into the form (e.g., last name, first name, email address, mailing address) and supplement this with interests known to us from your vacation preferences. We use your data for direct marketing in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) of the DSGV to provide you with tailored information about our services. Your data will not be shared with third parties. Subscription to the newsletter is only possible with your consent. The double opt-in procedure is used for registration.

We also use your child’s date of birth to send booking-related direct marketing emails. In doing so, we will always send these emails to the parental email address provided during the booking process. You may object to this use at any time with future effect.

You can easily revoke your consent to direct marketing emails and the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe feature in the newsletter you receive. We use the data exclusively for sending direct marketing communications and newsletters.

To create and send the newsletter, we use the “WS SPORTS” service provided by Waldhart Software GmbH, 6405 Pfaffenhofen, Unterdorf 1, as our technical service provider. As part of the technical processing, employees of Waldhart Software also have access to your personal data to the extent necessary, exclusively for the implementation and maintenance of the newsletter distribution. To ensure the confidentiality and security of your data, we have entered into a data processing agreement with Waldhart Software in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR. Waldhart Software does not use your data for its own purposes.

Please note that for the purpose of online booking and subsequent contract fulfillment, the online booking system stores cookies and the IP address of the connection owner, as well as the data provided by the person making the booking during the online booking process. In addition, for the purpose of contract fulfillment, we store all data required for the booking. Privacy Policy for the Use of Google +1

Collection and Sharing of Information:

You can use the Google +1 button to share information worldwide. Through the Google +1 button, you and other users receive personalized content from Google and our partners. Google stores both the fact that you have given a piece of content a +1 and information about the page you were viewing when you clicked +1. Your +1s may appear as recommendations alongside your profile name and photo in Google services—such as in search results or on your Google Profile—or in other places on websites and in ads across the web. Google records information about your +1 activity to improve Google services for you and others. To use the Google +1 button, you need a publicly visible Google profile that is visible worldwide and must include at least the name you’ve chosen for the profile. This name is used across all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace another name you used when sharing content through your Google Account. The identity associated with your Google profile may be visible to users who know your email address or have other identifying information about you.

Use of the Collected Information:

In addition to the purposes described above, the information you provide is used in accordance with Google’s applicable privacy policies. Google may publish aggregated statistics about users’ +1 activity or share them with users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers, or affiliated websites.
