Booking

By making a booking, the guest acknowledges that the Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the contract between the guest and the Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun.

Any requests or concerns regarding dietary habits, physical limitations, or medical precautions must be reported to the Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun at least 48 hours before the start of the activity.

The Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun is not liable for any arrangements made personally with the snow sports instructor.

For last-minute bookings made within 48 hours, the reservation is considered confirmed and is therefore subject to payment.

Please direct any complaints directly to the school administration.

Lessons

Lessons take place in all weather conditions.

The ticket is personal and non-transferable. If there are fewer than 3 participants per group, the Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun reserves the right to combine individual groups or adjust the program accordingly.

Private Lessons

Cancellations of confirmed reservations must be made by 6:00 p.m. the evening before at the latest, either with the instructor or at the Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun office. Otherwise, the full rate as per the booking will be charged.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Free cancellations or changes are possible up to 14 days before the start of the booking. If less than 14 days remain before the start, the Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun reserves the right to charge 50% of the booking amount. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of the booking, the full rate will be charged.

Changes and refunds must be confirmed in writing by the Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun.

Cancellations of ongoing bookings are non-refundable—this also applies to children’s group lessons.

In the event of illness, the booking amount will be refunded upon submission or presentation of a doctor’s note.

In the event of a refund, only the difference will be refunded. Lessons already taken will be charged at the standard rate; any lesson that has begun, even partially, will be charged in full.

Prices & Payment Methods

Lesson prices are VAT-exempt. The price includes the cost of the lessons offered (unless otherwise specified). Meals, rental equipment, and ski passes are not included.

Cash payments are accepted in Swiss francs and euros. For payments in euros or another foreign currency, the service provider’s current exchange rate will apply.

Other accepted payment methods: Maestro, Postcard, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Reka checks.

Payment Processing

Credit card payments made to the ski school are processed by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT. Please send an email to support(at)payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.

Insurance

The Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun accepts no liability for accidents occurring before, during, or after lessons. Accident and liability insurance are the responsibility of the course participant.

We recommend purchasing cancellation and repatriation insurance.
