Our terms & conditions about courses and rates

Booking

By booking, the guest acknowledges the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) as part of the contract between them and the “Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun.”
Requests or concerns regarding dietary habits, restrictions, or medical prophylaxis must be communicated to the “Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun” at least 48 hours before the start of the activity.
The “Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun” is not liable for any agreements made directly with the snow sports instructor.
For last-minute bookings within 48 hours, the reservation is considered confirmed and must be paid in full.
Complaints should be addressed directly to the school management.

Lessons

Lessons take place in all weather conditions.
Group lessons for children:
The ticket is non-transferable.
If there are fewer than 3 participants per group, the Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun reserves the right to merge groups or adapt the offer accordingly.
The “Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun” reserves the right to adapt the activity program or individual agreed services if external circumstances (e.g., force majeure, weather and natural conditions, official measures, or safety risks) require it.

Cancellation & Refund

Free cancellations or changes are possible up to 14 days before the start of the booking.
For cancellations less than 14 days before the start, the “Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun” reserves the right to charge 50% of the booking amount.
For cancellations within 48 hours before the start, the full amount will be charged.
Changes and refunds must be confirmed in writing by the “Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun.”

Cancellations of ongoing bookings will not be refunded. This also applies to children’s group lessons.
In case of illness, the booking amount will be refunded upon submission or presentation of a medical certificate.

Prices & Payment Methods

Lesson prices are exempt from VAT.
The price includes the cost of the offered lessons (unless otherwise stated). Meals, rental equipment, or ski passes are not included.
Cash payments are accepted in Swiss francs (CHF) and euros (EUR).
For payments in euros or other foreign currencies, the service provider’s daily exchange rate will be applied.
Accepted payment methods: Maestro & Postcard, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Reka checks.
Credit card payments for the ski school are processed by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT. Please send an email to support@payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding credit card payments and chargebacks.

Insurance

The “Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun” accepts no liability for accidents occurring before, during, or after lessons.
Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the participant.
We recommend taking out cancellation cost and return transport insurance.
